Recognised as a charitable organisation (gemeinnützig) under § 51 ff. AO by certificate of the Finanzamt für Körperschaften I Berlin, tax number 27/656/54813, dated 30 June 2016. Exempt from corporate income tax under § 5 (1) no. 9 KStG and from trade tax under § 3 no. 6 GewStG. As a non-profit association we are also exempt from VAT under § 4 (18) UStG.
